Tricia Tongco is a writer and editor living in Los Angeles. She has written features for The Atlantic, KPCC, On Being and The Center for Health Reporting and has also produced radio for KQED and the Children’s Radio Foundation. Tricia is most interested in stories about art, gender, and culture. Here is a list of her favorite pieces.
She graduated with a master’s in journalism from the University of Southern California, where she received the Director’s Scholarship, and double-majored in art and philosophy at Whittier College as an undergraduate.
In her spare time, Tricia enjoys reading graphic novels, watching stand-up comedy and turning meat recipes vegetarian.
